Each custom match is developed using our in-house color lab and pigment system, tested visually and digitally for accuracy. Our team can match from physical samples, panel swatches, or color codes. Once approved, your custom edgeband is produced through the same extrusion and priming process as our stocked products, ensuring consistent adhesion and high-quality performance across every roll. Custom match edgebanding is made specifically to match the color, texture, and gloss level of your furniture panels or laminate decor. Whether you’re working with brands like Egger, Kronospan, or a local supplier, we can create edgebanding that blends seamlessly with your board.

We can match based on:

  • A physical panel sample

  • A decor code or reference number (e.g., Egger U708, Kronospan 3025)

  • A high-resolution photo (less preferred but possible for initial reference)
    For best accuracy, a physical sample is recommended.

Color matching usually takes 3–5 working days. After approval of the match sample (via photo or shipping), production lead time is about 10–15 days depending on order volume and complexity.

Yes. We offer a wide range of embossing patterns such as wood grain, matte, gloss, super matte, and soft-touch finishes. We will match both visual and tactile qualities to closely resemble your panel surface.

The minimum order quantity for custom match is usually 10000 meters per color/size. There is no extra cost for color matching, but if embossing rollers or special tooling are required, we will inform you in advance. Free samples are provided for your approval before mass production.
