Our MABS edgebanding is produced using a precision extrusion process and is crafted with our exclusive raw material blend. Each batch is uniformly pigmented to ensure clean edge rounding and a flawless surface finish. A universal primer is applied to the reverse side for secure adhesion across a variety of glue systems, including hot-melt, PUR, and zero-joint technology. This advanced edge solution brings together style, strength, and sustainability—all in one roll.

Unlike standard ABS, MABS offers crystal-clear transparency and a glossy surface finish, similar to acrylic but with better flexibility and processability. It is ideal for high-gloss or 3D visual effects on panel edges.

Yes. Although MABS is commonly used for transparent or 3D edge effects, we can also provide back printing, solid colors, or custom translucent tints. Send us your design or panel sample, and we will match accordingly.

Our typical MOQ is 2000–3000 meters per color/size. Lead time is usually 12–18 working days depending on customization and production load. We provide free pre-production samples for your confirmation before mass production.
