CT Edge Band produces PVC edgebanding through a high-precision extrusion process using a refined formulation developed for strength, flexibility, and machinability. All edges are consistently dyed for color stability and easy corner rounding. The back side of the band is coated with a universal primer, ensuring strong adhesion with hot-melt glues, solvent-based adhesives, and zero-joint technologies. Our PVC edges are engineered to perform reliably across various furniture styles and production environments.

Absolutely. Our PVC edgebanding works with all common edge banding machines and is compatible with EVA, PUR, and hot air/laser bonding systems. We can provide edgebands with or without primer coating, depending on your glue and bonding requirements.

The typical minimum order quantity is 3000 meters per color/size. Lead time for standard colors is 7–10 days, while for custom-matched colors, it may take 10–15 days after sample approval.
